Look What's New at Southgate Plaza!

Have you had a chance to shop at Southgate Plaza recently? There's been a lot of activity on the east side of the center. Anna's Linens and 99 Cents Only Stores opened a few months ago in the former OfficeMax space.

New to the plaza is Universal Security Academy in the former RadioShack space.  And opening soon right next to them will be My-Le's Beauty College.

Covered California Webinars for Small Biz

Offering employees high-quality health insurance can be a competitive advantage in the labor market by helping your small business recruit and retain the best talent. It can also help keep your employees healthier, happier and more productive.

Covered California can support your small business by helping to:

Simplify Choices. Covered California will provide side-by-side comparisons of health plans, their benefits, premiums and quality.

Expand Employee Options. Covered California will enable you to offer your employees a choice of Qualified Health Plans.

Provide You Control. You will be able to decide whether and when to participate in Covered California. You will be able to choose your own level of contribution toward your employees' coverage and make a single monthly payment through Covered California rather than to multiple plans.

Make Insurance Affordable. Covered California can save your business money by spreading insurers' administrative costs across more employers. In addition, if your business has fewer than 25 employees, you may be eligible for small business tax credits when you offer health coverage for your employees through Covered California.
