The Florin Road Partnership, in conjunction with the City of Sacramento, the County of Sacramento and SMUD, will host a Business Walk along Florin Road on Thursday, May 19 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A complimentary continental breakfast and catered lunch will be provided.
This “hit the streets” program checks in with businesses to learn how they are doing and how they may be connected to resources and opportunities. Two more walkers are needed!
We'll meet at the Florin Road Arts & Business Complex, 2251 Florin Road, Suite 132 (NW corner of Florin and 24th Street).
Each team will be asked to survey about ten businesses along Florin Road from Tamoshanter to Highway 99. (You'll actually drive to your starting point.)
The information gathered from the Business Walk will be used to implement specific plans and strategies that further enhance businesses, including seminars and publications to provide information on available resources and programs.
